DIESEL/GAS STEAM BOILER
a. Product performance advantages:
1. Low management cost: No need to apply for boiler use certificate, and operators do not need to apply for job certificate.
2. High efficiency and energy saving: novel structure, small size, high thermal efficiency, soot emission concentration is far lower than national standards, adopting a new type of double drum structure, increasing the boiler water inlet temperature, stabilizing boiler pressure, high energy conversion rate, and thermal efficiency up to 95 %the above. Steam is generated in 4-5 minutes, which improves work efficiency. (Single drum exhaust temperature is 220ºC-250ºC, double drum exhaust temperature is 145ºC-155ºC.) The effect of installing boiler preheater is better, exhaust temperature is 60ºC-70ºC: Material (5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy Board); Function: Change the original inlet water temperature from room temperature to 55-65°C inlet water (or use this hot water as other needs, with clean water quality), and reduce the fuel consumption of the boiler. Double water level gauges and double steam storage space, better to stabilize the steam pressure and meet the steam consumption.
3. Convenient operation: Fully automatic computer LCD touch screen control, automatic voltage regulation, automatic water replenishment, automatic heating mode switching, high degree of automation, one-button operation mode.
4. Safety: With overpressure and water cut protection, double safety valve and pressure controller three-layer safety protection, safe and reliable.
5. Environmental protection: pollution-free, clean and sanitary, it is a new generation of energy saving and environmental protection products.
6. Wide application: suitable for steaming rice in schools, hotels, canteens of enterprises and institutions; also suitable for ironing processes in heating, chemical treatment, clothing processing and washing industries. If the evaporation capacity of a single unit is insufficient, several units can be connected in parallel to increase the required evaporation capacity. Several steam generators can be activated according to the specific steam usage. The maintenance is simple and can be operated by a single unit.
